Positive Reviews for (Most) New Roku Streamers
Earlier this month we told you about Roku's new slate of streaming devices. The reviews are starting to roll in and are overall very positive, especially for the higher end of the range.
At the low end, reviews for the $30 Roku Express are more mixed with TechHive declaring it 'a nice gift for your frenemies'. When it comes to set-top-boxes, an extra $20 can get you a much better experience.

Comcast Fined for Sketchy Billing Practices
Last week we told you about Comcast rolling out data caps to many of its customers. Perhaps that cash grab is a attempt to make up the $2.3 million dollars that the FCC fined them for charging customers for equipment and services they never even ordered.
Despite the FCC investigation turning up many examples of customers being charged for channels that they couldn't watch or devices that were never delivered, Comcast says the instances were due to “isolated errors or customer confusion".
If you've ever wondered what the FCC actually is or does, the folks at Cordcutting.com have a good overview here.
