What's new in the TV industry today...
- “The House of Hanna-Barbera” is coming soon to MeTV Toons. Share the memories with your kids and tune in (or record) a sneak peek this Sunday between 8-11 p.m. ET. Or tune in for its regular schedule starting next week, Mondays from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. or Sundays from 1 – 3 p.m.
- FTN (Free TV Networks) will launch its fourth network, BUSTED on March 1st. If you enjoy reality law-enforcement programming, you’ll want to run a fresh channel scan on your Tablo to get it.
- Texas Rangers games are now available to OTA viewers in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana, thanks to Next Star Media. For details on when and where to watch, click here.
- Fubo has expanded its reach to over-the-air broadcasting in cities including New York and Los Angeles. Unfortunately, because they’re using low-power broadcasts, reception could prove tricky. At least they’re dipping their toe in OTA TV.
- CBS has blocked Sony from canceling distribution deals for “Jeopardy” and “Wheel of Fortune”. The two have been in a legal battle over these since October.
