Today’s question comes from Maureen who asks, “In the Tablo app, is there a way to sort recordings of a series by season instead of by most recently recorded?”
Yes! The Tablo app offers sorting options on several screens, letting you arrange the programming to suit your needs.
For example, within your Library each television series features buttons in the top right of the screen: RECENTLY RECORDED and All SEASONS.
By default, recordings within a series are sorted by the most recently recorded episode. This is perfect when you’re keeping up with programs as they air.
However, if you’re recording an older series to watch from the beginning, you may wish to select the ALL SEASONS button so the recordings are sorted by season and episode.
Other screens within the Tablo app offer similar sorting capabilities.
For example, when you’re hunting for new movies to record in the Tablo app, go to MOVIES > ALL MOVIES. At the top left of the screen, you’ll see two buttons A-Z and RECENTLY ADDED.
Beyond movies airing live, this screen is sorted alphabetically by default. But if you’d like to browse movies that just popped up in your Tablo’s guide, select RECENTLY ADDED to see what’s new.
These sort options are also available in:
- MOVIES > GENRE so you can see what new drama, comedy, western, sci-fi films and more are available to watch and record on Tablo.
- SHOWS > GENRE so you can browse the latest action, comedy, drama, kids programs and more to watch or record.
- SPORTS > ALL SPORTS so you can check out upcoming games and competitions across all leagues and sports.
- SPORTS > FEATURED SPORT so you can see upcoming football, baseball, golf events and more.
