Which Channels Can I Get for Free?
High-definition TV signals are broadcast by major national television networks in most cities and towns in North America, including ABC, CBS, NBC, and FOX in the United States and CBC, CityTV, CTV, and Global in Canada. What's the picture quality like?
Cable operators compress their TV signals to conserve bandwidth in order to deliver multiple services (phone, TV and internet) over a single connection.
