- Fans of Tracker, Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage, Elsbeth, Matlock, the NCIS series, Survivor and The Amazing Race, will be happy to hear these shows will all be returning to CBS with new seasons in the fall.
- Comet, a sci-fi-focused over-the-air subchannel, is adding two new series to its schedule:
- The Librarians follows a secret organization that protects the modern world from supernatural threats. Expect a 6-hour marathon on February 7th. Then, on the 14th, it’ll move to 6-10 pm ET on Saturdays.
- Outpost is a fantasy-adventure series (originally broadcast on the CW) that will arrive this April.
- The next crossover event for Chicago Fire, Med and P.D. has been scheduled for the night of March 4th, starting at 8 p.m. ET. If you’re a regular viewer of just one of the One Chicago shows, don’t forget to schedule the others to record on your Tablo so you don’t miss out!
- ABC has moved The Rookie to Mondays at 10 pm ET. This was to make way for a new show, RJ Decker, about a disgraced photographer and ex-con who handles bizarre cases in Florida. It airs in The Rookie’s old spot, Tuesdays at 10 pm ET.
- Northern California residents were recently hit with text messages about a fake PBS funding scam. It’s a sobering reminder to verify the legitimacy of any fundraising drive before donating.
