- All orders are charged in US or Canadian dollars (with applicable taxes), based on your shipping location.

- Unless otherwise noted, you will receive a tracking number for your shipment within 1-2 business days. (Power supply shipments do not offer tracking.)
- If you would like to ship your order to an address different than your billing address, once your order is complete, please contact us to make arrangements.
- For US customers, we are unable to ship to Puerto Rico, US territories and freely associated states or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
- For your security, we require someone to sign for the package upon delivery.

What does ‘refurbished’ mean?
Refurbished Tablo DVRs are restored to a like-new state at Tablo HQ. They are verified to work properly and include all parts and accessories (original or comparable substitutes) and include the 30-day trial of our TV Guide Data Service subscription where applicable. External packaging may be replaced with a white box and/or show some wear and tear. All refurbished DVRs sold by Tablo are covered by Tablo’s 12-month warranty policy and 30-day money-back guarantee.
