LAS VEGAS—April 16, 2015 — At this week’s 2015 NAB Show in Las Vegas, Nuvyyo’s Tablo Over-the-Air DVR was awarded NewBay Media’s Best of Show Award, presented by TV Technology.
NewBay Media’s Best of Show Awards are evaluated by a panel of engineers and industry experts and are selected based on innovation, feature set, cost efficiency and performance in serving the industry.
Building on Tablo’s successful launch in the consumer space, the Over-the-Air DVR now also provides regional broadband operators with an easy-to-deploy multi-screen video offering for their internet customers. By simply setting up a digital antenna, Tablo OTA DVR and streaming device during customer installations, ISPs can capture free OTA HDTV signals and provide live and recorded broadcast TV network programming to customers as a complement to existing internet and VoIP services. As part of this solution, Nuvyyo will also provide ISPs with turnkey Tablo management servers and billing APIs.
