Today it was announced that Tablo the maker of popular cord cutting friendly DVRs is making a new dual tuner DVR. The new DVR is called the Tablo Dual and comes with 64GB of built-in storage. Now you wont need to buy your own hard drive to go with your Tablo DVR. (Yet you likely will still want to.)
There are three main improvements in the Tablo Dual over the older Tablo DVRs. The new Tablo Dual is in a fully reediness case that’s about 20 percent smaller. There is 802.11ac Wi-Fi for faster streaming and there is only one USB port for external storage instead of two.
You will find the same software so no new interface. This will make currently Tablo DVR owners feel right at home.
