Happy Friday Cord Cutters!

First off, we honor those who've served our countries as we observe Veteran's Day in the US and Remembrance Day in Canada. Thank you.

This week we have a Q&A on the best way to switch streaming platforms, deals, short cuts, must-see TV, and more!

As always, if you know of someone who might need some insight or help with cutting the cord on cable or satellite, please forward our newsletter, or use the handy share buttons at the top of this email.

OK... now let's get to it!

Q&A > Should I Switch Streaming Platforms Gradually or All At Once?
Roku Ultra

Send us your most pressing cord cutting questions via email so we can answer them in an upcoming issue.

This week's question comes from Charlene who says, "I've had Fire TV sticks for a few years but I haven't been happy with them lately so I'm thinking of switching to Roku. Is there a benefit to switching all my TVs at once during Black Friday sales or can I wait to get Rokus for the TVs in rooms we use less?"

One of the great things about cutting the cord is that you can choose the streaming platform that works best for you. And there's nothing stopping you from switching things up if you feel like it.

Black Friday sales are a great opportunity to outfit all of your TVs with a new set of streaming devices without breaking the bank. Doing a total swap out will provide a unified experience across all of your televisions and allow you to make a clean break.

However, if you don't have the budget to change all of your streaming devices at once, there's no downside. Setup will be just as simple and a slower transition may even help the less technical folks in your home become accustomed to the new interface before you switch it on every TV set.

Have a question about cord cutting that you'd like answered? Send us a note and you may see your question in an upcoming issue of Cord Cutting This Week!
