Subject and Description - Describe in detail your question or the problem you're encountering
Your Tablo's MAC Address - A unique identifier (found on the bottom of your Tablo) which allows us to look at diagnostics
Your Setup - Tell us about the ecosystem of products in which your Tablo functions
Attachments - Seeing something that is hard to describe? Send us a picture or a video
When we have successfully recieved your message through the support ticketing system you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket # within moments.
Once you have your ticket #, please do not send follow-up messages before you are contacted by the team, as this may increase your wait time.
